How old are your ears?

This educational exhibit shows how the hearing changes with age. You can examine your hearing and determine the “age” of your ears. The sound frequency is changed with a large slider. The slider should be swiped to the right, towards the higher frequencies, until you stop hearing a sound. On the scale along the slider there is a reference age. Our part was to provide the software, a microcomputer and an arduino based interface, along with assembly of the components.
