X-ray

How it works:

On the embedded screen, a picture of e.g. a volcano is shown. Under the see-through shield the picture changes to a cross-section vision of the inside of the volcano. The position of the shield is changed via the revolving handle.

How it’s made:

The exhibit consists of a wide column, 1700 x 800 mm size. A 24” screen and see-through plastic shield are mounted into the column. In the back, there are two stabilising legs. Whole design is made from lacquered MDF boards.
